Jackie had a unique and interesting career path to becoming a dental hygienist. It wasn’t until after she started working at Osorio Dental Group in Boston that she realized she had a passion for dentistry and helping people. She started at the front desk in May of 1999. Shortly thereafter she became radiology certified and worked as a dental assistant for four years. During those years she taught dental assisting to refugees and began taking courses towards hygiene school. She graduated from Forsyth Boston in 2005 and continued on at Mass College of Pharmacy, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences.

Jackie thoroughly enjoys working as a dental hygiene clinician. She finds it gratifying to see the difference in the oral health care of her patients through the years. She never stops challenging herself to learn and grow and guides her patients to do the same.

In her free time, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family and close friends. She is married and lives with her husband in South Boston.
